I originally drew and colored this in class, scanned it, and since my scanner is complete crap and the original background I drew didn't show, I touched it up again on PSE; I added the text and redid the background there.
I like drawing Arthur in his uniform. Teehee.

I don't get why they call him England if he's supposed to be representing England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Republic of Ireland actually has nothing to do with Great Britain, so Ireland should really be in Hetalia.
Poor Ireland, nobody realises his independence ;__;
