In case you haven't noticed, I am a real sucker for flags.
So, I decided to do a little something for today, which happens to be Flag Day. 
And since June 7th was World Penguin Day, I decided to roll two of my favorite days into one! Here we have Koupen-Chan flying the flag of Japan, with Maritime Signal flags spelling out Flag Day.
