Millie is the East Broad Top's first Mikado, and is the only member of the EBT's 12 Class.This is my last pencil drawing before I take part in Inktober.

Yes, she is. She was the second to last engine to operate, with Evan (EBT 15) being the very last engine to run before the railroad temporarily shut down.
