Description Another streamliner that's been needed to be done for a while now. These are two versions of the New York Central's Mercury locomotive.

After the success of the Commodore Vanderbilt, the NYC commissioned Henry Dreyfuss to streamline 2 K5 Class 4-6-2's. Launched in 1936, these engines had aerodynamic skirts around the pilot, and illuminated drivers. At night, you could see the glow from far away. The two engines were put on the helm of the prestigious trains, called the "Mercury" and the "James Whitcomb Riley".

Well, this is just a thought, but have you seen the old Marx Mercury trains?

I was wondering on what this would look like, if you were to color this like the old Marx versions of this.

Ever since I've been interested in Marx trains, I've been interested, in Sprite replications of them.

I've been considering making sprites of certain model trains for a while now.
