Description
Here's my sprite of an upcoming character in the Thomas and Friends 2016 special, " The Great Race".

Vinnie is a Grand Trunk Western 4-8-4, who can be very tough and competitive. Although his personality can be annoying, the other engines help him when he needs it.

EDIT: I changed the face, added his hockey mask, and added more color to his wheels.

EDIT 2: I changed the lining detail on his smokebox, and added color to his cylinder and trailing truck.

EDIT 3: Added some missing details.

EDIT 4: I updated the running board.

EDIT 5: I added his headlight.
