So this the OC I've been talking about about, Waylay. He's a triple-changer, going from crane to bomber. His crane can move up to become a shoulder launcher or detach to either be a hand-held rifle or extend into a staff/spear weapon. I consider him to be the founder of the Cobalt Sentries, a Decepticon group briefly mentioned in Garboil and Howlback's bios. He is to rival another upcoming OC, named Rockwall.Transformers are owned by Hasbro.
Waylay and Rockwall are owned by me.

The Cobalt Sentry thing came to me when I was reading issue #41 of the TFCC magazine. I also think staffs are cool. And I think I've already expressed to you my love of cranes.

I didn't draw it, but the hook can also move into a spear, and the cannon can be underslung at the hip.
