The first roll is 20 Points. Each re-roll is 10 points. Each adopt has its own rarity. If you don't want to roll (i.e. if you want a specific gacha), feel free to use the Auto Buy.

The pony on the side is an example of the Amethyst [Fairytale] gacha, but you can buy her for 100 Points, or if you roll that gacha ball, you can ask for her.
