Based on the FNAF 3 update where Spring Trap can speak...

People have theorised (or know) that he is saying "Help Me"

To be honest, it sounds like a bending girder... but it's REALLY creepy, whether he's saying help me or its a bending girder it makes the game creepier than it should be!

*sigh* at least we know when he's moving now *shudder* in the creepiest way possible... Thanks Scott, im not gonna sleep tonight!
