This is Scorpio, the chief of police in Memory (yes, making her Flureoll's boss). She is a stern, take-no-bullshit gal who does her job thoroughly and carefully. She takes care of any disputes the citizens have, dispatches appropriate cops to any crime scenes, and sometimes enters the field to fight crime herself.
