Were you zooming when you snapped this? I've done that back in the day of real film. New cameras stop zooming to snap the pics. I guess a slower shutter speed while moving in would do it too. Besides her not being blurred at all, the only way I could really tell without a second look was her feet.
She looks tiny, like a wood nymph or fairy.

I wasn't zooming. I used the photoshop blur function. Selected the surrounds and then applied a radial blur.

I figured it'd be some fancy digi-tech stuff. I haven't used much for digital editing yet... I usually just post em like they come out of the camera. But that's just my preference.
