Description
Jawless bone serpents that live in the volcanic lava. These creatures do not usually kill anyone because they are trapped in the chasms of magma. It is very rare for a death to occur, the only case known was when a man jump on ones head and the leviathon threw him into the air and impaled him on its fangs.

They never travel alone, commonly with another one or two Pit leviathons.

There are still many unsloved questions about this species. Researchers are unsure how they breed, or how their body makeup protects them from the crippling heat. They also wonder how they eat or how they can see. Some scientists think that these creatures may have been hexed while they were dead by a conjurer and gain their energy and senses from the heat energy in the lava. If one was to ever fall astray of the lava flow, it would instantly crumble and die.

These have been drawn before in a previous sketch. I wanted to try them out in Twistedbrush and see what I could do with them.
