Yay I made a plugin. This is my first blur plugin. It does Gaussian blur that gets stronger as the distance from the origin increases. Variables allow you to control where the origin is and how strong it is in each direction. Note that this can be used with both 2D and 3D versions of Apophysis.The zip includes the plugin, source, a readme, license (GPL 3.0), and an example flame.
