"She's... perfect. Why is she so perfect?" Firelight whispered, earning a gentle laugh from his wife. "Honey, you've said that all night." Sweet Cakes whispered right back.

The new father blushed with embarrassment, until he felt his wife's hoof against his cheek with comfort. "But you are absolutely right." They both chuckled, and Firelight pressed his forehead against hers.

"She's destined for great things, I just know it." He whispered. Sweet Cakes nodded.
