Oof sorry this explanation is like 2 months late- but just in case you don't know yet...
Do you know the lore of Ducktales? Well, if you don't, that evil shadow is.. well.. a shadow xD Her name is Magica De Spell and she has a DEEP hatred and grudge against Scrooge McDuck (the old man getting assaulted ;w; ) for trapping him in his number one dime for 15 years!!
When she was defeated 15 years ago, she became a shadow, unable to do or touch anything. But she succeeded in creating her own shadow, the teenage girl there~ Her name is Lena, and Magica is technically her "aunt" since she created her. Now, 15 years later, after Lena used and befriended Webby, a sweet energetic girl who lives with Scrooge to get close and eventually steal his number one dime and free her "aunt". But Lena has developed feelings for everyone, especially Webby and doesn't want anyone to get hurt, but wants her own and her "aunt's" freedom, so she has to through the plan anyway...
That's the kind of lore of the actual show-- What's happening here, however, is something based off an AU where Scrooge gets possessed by Magica!! (which is literally named Possessed!Scrooge AU Or, y'know, an alternative name being Forced Control AU :3) But, needless to say, it's NOT good... Anyways, everything's the same except Magica actually cares for Lena... in a way (unlike in the show!) and that Scrooge gets POSSESSED by her instead of her just trapping him inside the dime O_O (Omg im so sorry for all these spoilers ahhh-)
In this picture, Lena is putting on the amulet/necklace that allows Magica to take control! And he can't take it OFF-

J-just poor Scrooge... and Lena too!

(And yeah I guess I could see it as an UT Crossover in a way! owo Magica is very much a Chara to Scrooge as she is to Frisk!! It's actually pretty similar scenario to Genocide AUs/ ATs! OwO Dare I say, similar to Flowey and Papyrus in Flowey Is A Bad Life Coach? OWO Hmm, maybe that's why I love it so much uwu)
