^^I just wanted to repost MaxRide91 's comment from the last page, because they REALLY did a great job of summing up what has been revealed about the Forgotten so far. They said:

-Is/Are originally made by Zeragii (not a canon character like Chara or Gaster)

-Have been forgotten
-Need Frisk alive (could only do so after RESET power was destroyed, most likely because otherwise it would all fix itself)

Yes, Yes, and YES!
- Yes, the Forgotten is an original character. One that I thought might have existed if the events of Undertale's past had really happened.
- Yes, they have been around for ages. As long as the monsters have been under ground.
- Yes, have been forgotten. Completely. Even by Frisk.
- Yes, exactly! They need Frisk alive, but couldn't carry out their plans until she refused/destroyed the reset button, otherwise she could just have undone everything they accomplished.
- Yes, Sans has thwarted their plans before, but he doesn't remember. No one does. Not even Frisk.
- Hmmm, this one is close. Have no physical body NOW might be more accurate.
- Have many souls at their disposal NOW.
- Are outside of time NOW.
- Yes, this one is a little confusing. Yes, they seem to want Sans alive to an extent...But not so much that they would be willing to allow him to get in their way. They've warned him. Which means there must be a part that Sans plays in their plans, right? But not such an important part that they would be willing to let him live if he proved to be too much of a problem. ^^
- Absolutely.

..... Ok i wouldn't even blame Flowey if he took up that offer. Of course he wants to make up for what he's done, heck i haven't really done anything that bad in my life and i'm constantly trying to find a way to make up for simply existing and taking up space. So i totally get it, Flowey. In your place i would take that offer too.

Also, they use the pronoun 'we', but some of the wording in their dialogue seems to imply that they think of themselves as a singular entity. (Or maybe that's just the author) So they are one and many at the same time, like a conglomerate, or the amalgamates.
Don't know how important that is, just an observation. (I could totally be overthinking things, and they're really just a normal group with one spokesperson.)

I can agree it's kinda tempting. It's a powerful force that has a SOUL to spare. They might know what's going to happen in the future, so... well... Maybe what they're planning isn't baaaaad...? In the long run. I guess we'll have to see and decide on our own.

Mmhm. And, often you will find, that bad guys often think that what they are doing IS right. Their morals are messed up. It's very possible that the Forgotten thinks what it is doing is right...when in reality it is far from right.

Man, like I said before, the Forgotten's really got a way with words... so conniving and sly. *sigh* I wish he wouldn't, but Flowey's probably gonna accept the 'soul' now... the Forgotten's offer seems just too good to refuse.

Heehee! I have to admit all you readers are really smart. Some of you are getting REALLY close to figuring things out. Which I have mixed feelings about. On the one hand, I'm excited! On the other hand I'm like "aw, the element of surprise is being jeopardized." ^^
Yes. There is nothing quite so threatening as someone who can guide you the way they want through their words. I've met some pretty minipulative people in my life so far, and the way I've seen them twist peoples' lives is disgusting...and kind of scary. This is not someone you want to come up against. Nope. Uh-uh.

Yeah... thankfully, I haven't MET many people like that (there are a few though), and I don't want to. It is kinda scary to think about; someone with that much power with words. On the other hand though, there are some people who use that power for good, and it's really amazing! ^^

Okay... lets see what we already know... and the questions we have. They have interacted with sans before... and have tried to do SOMETHING before... but what? and if they are 'outside of time'... does that mean they're kinda like gaster? were they not before? did something happen? but we can say more than one person was involved thanks to the 'we'... and what could they need with frisk? the only powers frisk had was to reset... and... OHMAHGOSH... do they... or... agh.. it's either (less likely answer : frisk's power to SAVE -as in save the monsters, leik in asriel battle, ik dumb thoughts- , or (more likely answer : their Determination? but... does that make frisk the only human who has determination? cuz if no... they could just grab another human who has a determination soul... OH!OH!OH! it's probs cuz frisk has the MOST determination, cuz if several people could 'save' and 'reset' aswell, frisk would be having a less than ideal time in the underground, but why would they need the determination? and are they humans or monsters? cuz.. if they're monsters the determination WOULD revive them (thank you true lab notes) but make them horrific amalgamations... but... they would need a body to actually BE revived, but they said they had no physical form... *facepalms* so if their human... they couldn't be the human souls (perservearance, bravery, patience, integrity, et cetera) because Zeragii said they made up the character... so it can't be human... hmm... so that leaves they're monsters, cuz if they were human they would be on the surface and DEFINENTLY wouldn't be able to interact with sans, let alone 'have their plans thwarted' by him so they're monsters. But how would they have souls at their disposal? did they kill somebody? can they make them out of matter? and they way Zeragii said 'has souls at their disposal NOW' -hinting at the 'now'- it means they most likely haven't been able to do it before and not in future. Is that because if they were actual monsters before whatever happened to them, (IF something happened to them) they couldn't make souls 'cause that would be PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for a monster to make souls out of thin air... and not in future because... what i can interpret they took flowey's body... did they lose the ability? or... i dunno. cuz the rest of the comic has yet to be made! All i can do is speculate and theorize. Alright, enough of that, back to theorizing. (i just realized, JEEZ THIS IS LONG... sorry i just really wanna do this ^~^ sorry) okay. Zeragii said they would need sans in their plans. 'Which means there must be a part that sans plays in their plans, right?' -i can't be SUPER sure that the fact they need sans in it is correct, but knowing things like this, they're DEFINENTLY hinting to it. so what would they need sans for? hmm... lets see what sans knows... well sans has VERY powerful magic, (Genocide battle, pepelz), he can teleport, he remember's resets, well if it's that then maybe they were hinting to something about that when they said 'your just a skeleton that got lucky remembering resets. Or is it unlucky?' just saying that could instead be hinting to the trauma sans faces, i dunno i'm trying. also (THANK YOU TO WHOEVERS STILL READING! i bet everybody stopped reading immediately when they saw this huge wall of text ;~; -leik jesus christ this is long- ) but if it's not sans' reset remembering what else could it be? and what would they need it for? hmm...
The major questions we still have -
'Were there many people involved?/Are there people with them?/Is that why they keep saying 'We'?'
'What do they need from frisk and sans?'
'Did something happen to them?/Were they always like this? -without a physical form, et cetera-'
'How have they interacted/have-had-their-plans-thwarted by sans before?'
'If they are taking over flowey's body, how? if flowey is a soulless husk and if the soul went in flowey, would the soul's self take over? Does that mean they're giving flowey their own soul?'
'How do they know about resets, and sans' ability to remember them?/Do they remember resets too? If frisk/sans told them, they wouldn't be 'forgotten' would they?'
Welp. If you need any more... whatever that was... just yell.

Wow. Just....WOW! You really got into this, didn't you? ^^ Heeheehee! Wow, I don't even know how or where to start in replying to this, because you actually hit some stuff SPOT ON! I won't say which parts were right or wrong, just to keep people on their toes still, but let me just congratulate you on some master deductive reasoning work here! You got me really excited, and, to be honest, I actually used this comment in my private notes as a sort of guideline to help keep me focused on the story line. ^^ Especially the part at the end listing the questions that still need to be answered.

I had a lot of fun writing this... and to see such feedback from the person who made this astounding comic... i don't even have words, -or emoticons- to describe how awesome this is! that's so awesome to see i got some right, and that your using my comment!!!!! ^-^ I feel special ^-^ Hahaha!!!
thank you so much! i think i'm like, the 'observant type' or something... so i can mostly tell when someone's lying or what their feeling by their actions, -eeeeven if they are hiding it- and i keep note of the tiny details everyone else missed. That's basically what i did but i put them all into a huge wall of text, like a puzzle. every little detail is a puzzle piece, and ^^that^^ was me piecing them together. OH! aaand... for some reason i remembered sorta basically all the important text in the true lab. (leik me: HOW AM I REMEMBERING DISSSS?!? i forget stuff all le time) 2 b honest, i've never actually PLAYED undertale, i've just watched gameplays over and over, seeing every little details hidden via videos, i can tell ya that there's a burnt pan in the core, and gerson sells the clouded glasses and the notebook, i can tell ya you find the ballet shoes in a bush in waterfall, gaster only appears in a room in waterfall if you have a fun value of 66, in hotland you can meet a secret character if you go into a secret room and either wait for a certain time, or manually change your clock to the set time, i can tell ya that one of the amalgamates disguises as a fridge, and if you go back and sleep in your room with the lights off, when you wake it will play a slowed down version of fallen down, and 'sans.' sped up is the same melody as 'STMPWYFS' -song that might play when you fight sans- and same thing with 'but nobody came' to 'your best friend' and many others, and if you hack the game into a bit you can get the 'dirty hacker ending'. And that's not even a PORTION of the things i know! so yeah. i like theorizing and speculating... and... oh man... what. the. hell. I CANT RESPOND TO ANYTHING WITHOUT MAKING IT A GINOURMOUS WALL OF TEXT!!!! haha... i hope in da future i will be able to do more speculating! also, your comic is AMAZING!!! keep up with the good work, i look forward to more!
