Well I am Bisexual, Christian and (yeah you can be both the lead singer of In this Moment sums it up best) I have always adored the relationship between Undyne and Alphy's. I actually didn't notice you immediately changing it into just a friendship probably because any good relationship should be a friendship as well.
While I'm going to read the relationship as it is presented in the game your fic doesn't really bash that so it doesn't bother me if the relationship doesn't go beyond what is presented. It probably would if you tried to change a character to make them straight (like suddenly Alphy's is dating a male character) to go with your views but that hasn't happened. You want to keep ships out (canon or otherwise) then that is fine.
At the moment your art is wonderful, story great and I'm going to continue to reading your work as long as it continues to be wonderful which I have no doubt it will be.

I keep Alphys and Undyne up to the readers to determine, but I guess I just wanted to be truthful about how I was intending it. Heehee, I'm honest to a fault sometimes ^^ Not planning on pairing either up with anyone, other than friendship-wise, so no worries. ^^ Thank you for being so understanding though. I was really scared. ^^

Honestly, their relationship is left up to interpretation in the game. And besides, people ship Undyne and Alphys with other characters despite their canonical relationship (the most notable being Undyne and Papyrus). Personally, this doesn't bother me as much. Just as long you're not AGAINST said relationship, I think it's okay.
Otherwise, I may as well consider myself homophobic to male gay relationships. Which I'm not.

You can be a devout Christian and support gay relationships, and you can be any other religion/no religion and also the worst homophobe ever. I have more to say on that, but I'll leave it alone. It's a long and complicated mess of memories and feelings that doesn't belong on a fancomic's comment section. XD Anyone who wants to discuss that with me can send me a note or something if they're capable of being decent about it, but let's let this place stay peaceful, okay?

I'd like to think that the phrase doesn't just paint a picture; it takes a photograph and shoves it into the back of your skull. XD If you never had to see high school make-out sessions from the mushiest couple, count your many blessings.
The compassion is there, even if you're not delving too deeply into it (they have other things to focus on right now). There's plenty of that stuff out there on the internet, and I really enjoy how real your Undyne and Alphys are. It's not a caricature of love, and I find myself comparing my own relationship to it! It's funny to think that I found your comics and binged all 220 of them so long ago. You've put out a ton of content since then. I love seeing your work.

Only because they do not publicly kiss or show affection (not in front of a human!!!) doesn't mean they have no feelings for each other. I'm Christian I still keep Alphys and Undyne a couple, though I see nothing wrong with keeping them platonic ^^ if people have to throw a fit about that then clearly they don't want tolerance as much as they think they do if they can't give it back.
and even if I do have them as a couple I still pretty much write them platonic XD
