Description
Some gun concepts gleaned from a large batch of thumbnails I did a few weeks back. More portfolio stuff.linearts drawn in ink, coloured in photoshop.
Edit: Been getting numerous requests, so: You are free to make models, replicas, personalized designs, and otherwise utilize these designs for your own work so long as A: They are not for profit, and B: You link me the finished piece!

indeed. Plus, being sci-fi, the guns can be coated in electro-chromic paint to allow them to change colours and patterns as necessary.

well ammo variety is simple enough. just a matter of switching out cartridges for specialized rounds. Get to use things like tracking rounds, acid slugs, armour piercing, etc. The rifle is designed to have attachments on the lower front (the bit with the pole). It could do grenades, mini-rockets, and other things.

mmm, it's possible, but I have seen many guns with similar grip angles. And a lot of designers don't care much for practicality anyways.

Well, because people design things to look cool. That's why Star Wars ships have air intakes, or female armour has breastsplates.
Besides, a quick google search will quickly prove that modern firearms have grips at almost every conceivable angle. Ditto for stock variety.

Dude, I'm not big on arguing on the internet. I have better things to do. The grips are fine, they aren't any more angled than most trigger grips, like these: [link]
As for the stocks, you're right, most stocks are pretty straight-backed. But I liked how they looked at more of an angle, so I drew them that way. I have noted your critiques and appreciate your feedback.
