Description
This is one of those "drawings that got a lot bigger than first intended." The character depicted was an idea for a fantasy/steampunk style setting, though he'd also make for a great pirate.I'm glad this is done though, now I can get to work on my portfolio for my animation application, which I should have started over a week ago D=. I just wanted to get this finished while i still had a good scanner to use.

Thanks. I managed to get it done rather quick once I managed to stay seated for any length of time.

Beautiful work on this. The mask is quite spooky, and seems to fit the character really well.

Yeah, I always had a thing for the old-style gas masks from the medieval ages. Andit fit with his grizzly-old face too.

Thanks. I actually stopped using linearts for work like this before college, but Rob's class got me to perfect drawings metal objects right.

Don't you love those artistic revelations? It's like when my grade 11 art teacher forced us to stop using blending sticks. Everything looked better >____>

lol, I dont think I've ever used a blending stick in my life. I hate when people smudge pencil art to make it look smooth.
