You can't kill or fight or damage either of them, you just have to get them away from you until they stop their brutal rampage. In contrast though, Juggernaut mellowed out and gave up on his obsessions with battling and now chooses to help other incarcerated superheroes, while Overlord’s obsession with fighting and killing Megatron led to his death, and his most famous story arc is literally about taking over a prison and driving its incarcerated people to death and slaughter
