I cannot express how much I prefer the short haired version. I don't understand why Oda has a preference to the longer haired women styles (perhaps he believes the male fantasy desires longer hair then short hair because it looks more feminine I dunno)

If you look between Volume 60- 62/63, Oda had mini drawings of samples of what he might do with the characters between chapters. Robin had a really cute short hairstyle that matches with her better than this one... and on top of that, doesn't have as big of boobs and don't look like she's smothering herself with them...

one of the only reasons why there are big breast anime girls in any anime is because of women in Japan have small chests and this might be a way to fantasize about what big boobs would look like?
Have you seen Bleach? Half of the women there would have broken spines in real life cause those boobs are impossibly too big to be supported by our backs and things

Again though, it's a Japanese anime thing, I went to a panel at an anime convention that taught us about some differences between American and Japanese cultures. (They believe if you write it down, draw it that you wouldn't do it in real life)... and Japan has a huge number of animes with big boobs or other suggestive materials
