You (the owner)...
... can change/add/erase details as want... can trade, make a raffle, put in prize of a contest or gift the adoptable... can use the adoptable like a OC, pet, etc.... can upload the adoptable to your gallery, blog, fb, etc. (but give me the credit)
... can re-sell the adoptable (see the terms bellow)... can't claim the art like yours... can't claim the design by your own (credit me)... can't trace/copy/be based to any of my designs
