Yes, I am aware of the title, which is why it is a work in progress. Something about this feels unfinished, especially because I can't think up a title. This is the angel of death, though, or at least an angel of death. But she's also an angel of life, because of that staff. It's a petrified, uprooted sapling. I don't know if I like the checkerboard. Right now, my other option with the background is a checkerboard like that of Mana, but without any shadowing. I just want something behind her, and I don't really want to do the kind of painted splotchyness that I've done before (examples: Minstrel, Secrets). Any comments whatsoever would be greatly appreciated, especially because my family and friends haven't given any advice.

Note: Although there is nudity, I have not put a mature content label because I feel it is covered enough and not given in an uncomfortable or inapporpriate context.
