This is another great piece. Stunning colours, wicked concept and well executed. The composition of it is tight, and the expression on the models face fits perfectly. It is really longing to it, so much, that she's still grasping to the apple, while she is completely trapped by those lianes.
I like the fact that you didn't put this horizontal, which makes it less static. Lightning and colours are all good. There are still some slight flaws, like the overmotion-blurred apple in the front, and the lq sky in the bg ( dunno if that's really your fault ), but this is again, another masterpiece.

My gosh, this is just wow. The colors are so eye-catching and really made me think like she was being pulled or swung away by the vines. Reminds me of Jack and the Beanstalk too. ^^

Makes me think of Eve, Genesis, and the tree of knowledge. I'm not even religious, but it definitely strikes me as that.

I'm going to take a stab at what this work means: The apples represent opportunities/challenges you face in life. The girl is an extention of the tree, which represents an individual's growth. This particular tree has grown to such amazing heights because this particular individual is going for an amazing goal in life. Now the many apples falling represent disappointments/failures/mistakes along the way to the goal. Now the lone apple being caught represents the individual/tree/girl achieving her ultimate goal. Am I close? Way off? Anyway fun to guess.
