I absolutely Love how this came out especially the Background ^_^

Zero Lightning
Age: 17 Human Years
Height: 6'1
Powers: Lightning (understands most effects and physics that work with electricity)
Positive Traits: Patient, Gentle, Easy-Going, Very optimistic
Negative Traits: Can get ticked off sometimes really easily, once decided on doing something he does it, can be stubborn, a bit neurotic

Powers Limitations:
~ Can move anywhere between o km/h to the speed of lightning, (1 077 616 740 km/hour or 299 337.984 km/sec OR if you want to have fun Mach 546.59)

~ When he takes off the blue 'resistors' on his arms and legs (which are hidden under his pants) his max output is 109,453,440,000 Amperes and 13,134,412,800,000,000,000 Watts and 120,000,000 Volts also he leaks a ton of electrons and protons into the air causing a powerful lightning storm in the area
(Keep in mind that it only takes 0.05 Amperes to kill health human but if he zaps them with 0.1 Amp the shock of the lightning will not kill but extensively burn them
and once it reaches 0.2 Amps it kills them)

~ Can control others or read minds when has some physical contact with them, such as actually touching them or connected by a conductive material (can do that since your brain does that to your body since it sends out Electrical Signals)

~Due to his powers his body heals very quickly, ex: gets a scratch his powers speed up the healing process making him be healed completely in a few seconds
If he lost his powers all effects that come with his powers are taken away, ex: can't heal quickly or run quickly

Weaknesses:
~ Likes Warmth but can't stand lots of heat for it drains him of his power due to exhaustion

~ Can't go into water without modifying the resistors due to his body being electric, if he falls in he has to quickly get out or he dies due to super-heating of the water (boiling to death) and anything else in the water dies by being electrocuted

~ Is fascinated by machines and likes taking them apart to see how they work
~ Try's to love but feels a big hole in his heart, causing him to have a very fragile heart
~ As he gets older, he becomes more and more emotionally unstable due to not having a mate, pissing him off is not a good idea
At age 15 he was fine, 16 a bit easier to mess with his emotions, 17 doesn't take too much to change his emotions
~ Due to still being young, he still acts like a kid but he can act maturely when needed to
