I won't even dignify him by saying I like his music-- because he doesn't have any of his own! I like Bubble Crab's stage theme, and the cover of it played in X5 is inferior!
Another one I'd done the basic palettes for ages ago, though there was a lot that I needed to monkey with before I was satisfied with these 6. Not a super-hard one to sort out, as there's not much variety to him, thankfully. The faux water effect I use for this guy is 7CA0C0 (50% opacity)
