This town located slightly west of Whisper Falls is known for its elevated area, so high in fact that the stars shine bright and visible every night, earning the location its name. Since torchlight is enhanced by the gemstone formations inside, creating a mystical aura, most remember that Jerimaya the Ascended Jirachi is the resident representative just by the looks of the place.

Although Starsight Spire has no official guild or police force, Jerimaya's representative and husband Thatcher the Tranquill works very hard to make sure that official positions and jobs are filled, finances are kept in proper order and troublesome individuals are properly dealt with. While Jerimaya mostly focuses on sealing Mystery Dungeons and sending away more stubborn criminals using his wish-granting powers, some lucky few do manage to reach him in his secluded hiding place behind the cavern walls and countless traps that protect him from the unworthy. Thanks to his ability, many Pokémon try to reach him to have their wishes granted. Those who succeed usually leave with riches or happiness, but for Jerimaya himself the greatest happiness lies in the safety of himself and his town.
