They are interactive and can be used in battle and our too. They can retract and extend and can change the plug outlets for different things either in battle or fixing things on the net. It is ok, I like questions lol.

No problem. Her Net Op is named Herman (last name not revealed yet) and she is someone who will help Megaman within the game. Also, thanks and to answer your last question; we don't have any plans for said love interests between Net Navi's yet soooooo... don't really know how to answer that lol.
