This is, by a significant margin, the best picture in your gallery so far.
Your expression is candid; it doesn't look posed. I recommend you pretend it wasn't. The perspective is very nice; the sky behind you provides for a nice backdrop and also for a strange glow around you.
I recommend you post pictures you took, and of something other than yourself. Photography is about art, and expressing yourself using images that are already provided.
You'll get tons more reviews/pageviews/watchers when you start taking initiative with your photography. Chances are very good that you have a lot of talent; prove it to the world.
