well, it's just me, but I don't see anything wrong with a Snake Girl having hair, eyelashes and a mouth.
after all, to be a SNAKE girl, you need a place for fangs and a forked tongue, and, to be a snake GIRL you need to have hair!
but again, makes no nevermind, you did it the way you like it.
