Breaking AwayMade this one to kind of get back to work. The render was done in 3DS after numerous experiments, and the rest was all PhotoShop. I might remix this one with some 2D and some different colors, but I don't when I'll get around to doing that.

it helps when you render @ 3200x2400 and scale down

while i don't particularly like the colors, it works out very well with the piece, and now that i think about it, there probably aren't any other schemes that would go quite so well with it.
Very wicked render, no jaggies that i can see either, keep up the great work
