Zuko has actually used Katara's moves at least three times. The first time was when Iroh taught him about the four elements and they made the same water-bending move Katara and Aang did in "Bitter Work" (He never saw her do it herself but still, it's a water-bending move so it's technically connected to her anyway). The second time is this moment as you've pointed out in "Crossroads of Destiny" and the third one is later in the same episode when he copies her waterwhip. Zuko sure does pay attention to the girl doesn't he?
I'm a bit late to point this out so other's may have told you all of this before or you already knew about it.

it's not proving anything I'm just pointing out that they both used the same move for different bending

Ah yes, i remember those moves looked similar.
btw there is another move which was "stolen" from Aang by Katara. In ep 104 (Kysohi etc.) where Aang uses the fans to blow Zuko away into a house; and in ep 308 (PuppetMaster) in Katara's fight with Hama, where Aang and Sokka are being bloodbended towards Katara. I hope i got u inspired to make another dev

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN. I thought of waterbending too when I saw him use this technique... Must be his uncle's teachings rubbing off, eh? Great work. Nice juxtaposition and thanks for pointing it out.

Dont forget Uncle Iroh showed Zuko something about that, when he was teaching Zuko to shoot lighting. U see Zuko's moves just like Katara. I think that this is awesome. Good job
