I have a feeling that Robert is not being truthful entirely to Sandra about the soldiers! I think that a cover-up is going on here and Robert is lying to Sandra about what is really going on at the power plant. I like the way you have Robert wide-eyed, as it makes him looks evil and manipulative! I know we are about to find out soon, the real reason Robert wants Sandra at the power plant!
