Ooooooh, its coming, Sandra's anger is reaching boiling point! She's nearing the point of no return, and soon, her monsterous alter-ego will be coming out! I agree with the posters here that its great to see Sandra's progression of agitation to extreme anger Zero. Its like we are watching this unfold in the hospital room, right before she explodes within!
