Oh wow, you're round was awesome! I could just stare at how you draw those pokemon for ages (I actually kind of did) and it's all so cute too! Not to mention tauros are one of my favourites and I've always loved the ridiculousness of how they can surf - it was great here! (I also really like the reasoning behind ice > dragon here too, I could never think why that was.)

I dont know which gen its in, but bulbapedia says it can learn surf through tm. I'm guessing it's in line with a number of other normal types that can also learn surf.

Well, Miltank can use surf. And there was that special pikachu that could learn surf. So why not a taurus?
