My entry for Jazza's Age Swap challenge. I've been wanting to draw these kids as adults for a while now, so this challenge was the perfect excuse to get started. I loved all the movies, I own pretty much all of them and still listen to the songs along side my disney playlist. I'd love to see these friends still hanging out when they are big fat grown ups XDCharacters from right to left are of course: Little Foot, Cera, Petri, Chomber, Ducky, and Spike.

Is she from the tv show? I'm afraid I never saw those, I only watched the movies. I think I was a bit too old by the time the tv show came out so I never really checked it out.

I think it has been said that paleontologists have gone on record to say that Dinosaurs have feathers on them and that the recent Jurassic World movie had them designed incorectly.

i also heard it said the scientists in jurassic world purposefully left the feathers off because it made the attractions look more like what people wanted to see instead of what they accurately should look like, which i think is a clever hand wave. although feathered dinos would look beast

I don't remember them talking about that in the film. Maybe I missed it in conversations I couldn't hear clearly. That one Indian actor who played the Owner of Jurassic World was kind of hard to understand some of his words.

well, like i said, i only heard that it was mentioned, and apparently it was a throwaway line, blink and you miss sort of thing. i haven't seen the movie yet, my friend told me about it. but even if it wasnt in the film i can believe that would be something they would do. like, if you had the ability to just genetically create anything why wouldnt you change it up a bit XD

Really good fanart of wonderful characters. These movies were a huge part of my childhood too, though funny enough I enjoyed the sequals more than the first movie when I was younger XD; I guess I was a bit scared of the darker elements in the original film.

The sequels certainly were more child friendly. I remember i watched them a lot more than the first film too, i only appreciate the first one more the older i get.

from the sequels, he was a baby t-rex that the gang accidentally stole and they tried to raise him. he comes back in another sequel, slightly older. those sequels were part of my childhood, so i had to include chomper XD

I've always gone by the order their births were shown in the movie for their ages.
Ducky's hatching was shown first, so I've assumed she's the oldest; Cera's hatching was shown second, Littlefoot's third, Petrie's wasn't shown but he appeared in the movie before Spike hatched.
So from oldest to youngest, this is my theory:
Ruby (how else would she be so smart for her age and smarter than the others?)
Ducky
Cera
Littlefoot
Petrie

in the fifth movie, the friends are arguing who gets the last treestar from one of the trees, and cera says it should go to the oldest, and littlefoot complains, "but that's you!"
