it is plotless enough to be an episodic tv show like the ones of old, but enough continuity and character development that there are certain things you wont get if you dont watch it in order. there is a hint of a plot being developed, but mostly it is just a really nice, incredibly fun kid's show. each episode has it's own plot, but it's defiantly not anime.

I don't know if I said this but I was really surprised when you picked this outfit and it made me ridiculously happy. It's always really cool to see how you adapt to different styles and I really think that you should try to play with some other styles of "humans" from both Adventure Time as well as other things. You don't have to stick to animated stuff either. Maybe try some classical stuff. You're really good at assuming other styles onto your own and working in the foreign style. I wish I could see what would happen and emerge from and as your own style of drawing humans if you focused more on drawing other styles of humans as well. Not just self-portraiture from classes and gaia and pokemon styles from your free time.

huh, i guess you're right. i tried a manga styles meme once and failed royaly, so i kinda gave up on that idea, but maybe i just need to draw the actual characters. and move away from anime. And practice. Thanks, i'll work on that.

And if I did do Marceline again I would use arm socks and just paint my head and neck/chest. Not my arms all the way down and my hands. That way I could touch things as well.
