Thanks to my friend doing the sketch and stuff, I was able to line and color this today just in time to turn in. We thought of the story together, he sketched the ruff for both parts, he did the past and I did the present.

And if the story is a little vague, here's a run down of the plot:
Luke has been working so hard lately that he's come down with a bit of a fever. Jello tells him he just needs to rest, but Luke is worried about his shift. In order for Luke to relax for the day, Jello volunteers himself to work the jobs.
Meanwhile, Shroomsworth has opened the box of letters, and pokemon are crowding to get theirs. In his impatience and haste, Sam frantically grabs a whole bunch of letters and makes a dash with them. Later at the Spinda Cafe, Sam is going through the letters and realizes his is not one of them. Jello comes by to say hello and Sam, noticing Luke's nametag on Jello's apron, hands him a letter addressed to Luke. Sam decides to return the extra letters and Jello goes back to the L&B base to show Luke his letter.
Back at the Merchant hut, Shroomsworth tells Sam he hasn't seen his letter. Mosin the zigzagoon is just leaving, having not found a letter from his partner, Nagant, either. Shroomsworth tells Sam to talk to Mosin, because he runs a lost and found service and might be able to help find his letter.
Mosin tells Sam he needs something with Pebble's scent, and Sam gives Mosin the letter Pebble had gotten from his Father, which he had kept in his bulb for the longest time. It had fallen out when he was transported to the past. Mosin tried to find the scent of Pebble's letter, but the scent had faded over the years, making it pretty much impossible.
Back at Luke's house, Jello surprises him with Baby's letter. Luke opens the envelope, releasing some spores that had stuck to the inside of the paper when Pebble put it in his bulb, and Mosin cought the scent. He lead Sam to Luke's house, and Luke, who had realized there were two other letters in with his, was about to go find who they belonged to. Recognizing Sam, he gives him his letter. Sam offers to pay Mosin for his help, but the zigzagoon refuses. Hearing the name Mosin, Luke points out the third letter is addressed to him, and Sam rushes to bring him back. They all sit and read their letters.
