Risa, my character in the pokemon fire red version of the game, and her charazard, Red.

Red is special to me because he was the first starter pkmn I ever got that didnt have a rash nature. Red is a docile charazard, he was born in captivity and given to Risa as a charazard, never had a taste for the wild life. Red finds himself completly happy right where he is, fighting for his trainer on her journey to (what else?) become a pokemon Master.

As for Risa's story. Um. Well, two years ago her big sister ran off to become a pokemon master and Risa has been eager to one day set off on her own to one day catch up to her sister, whom she looks up to.

So things have changed a bit storywise. For one, Risa has no intention of becoming pokemon master or champion like her sister, she just wants to get out there and have an adventure. Because of her asthmatic condition, she had never been able to do anything exciting, and so one day she decides to run away and go to an anime convention! Wait, i mean, the Pokemon Fanclub Convention!

Red was born a clone (it makes sense, just bare with me) created during the testing to try and clone mew. He escapes and meets Risa just as she is starting her journey, and an instant bond was formed.
