As we can see here, it's a comic of Zero trying to help Brandon with a little curse that he's been cursed with. Zero is trying to use her knowledge of science to cure him, whatever the curse might be, of course, i'm mostly sure the curse has nothing to do with boobs being the end result. And thus Zero, the master of observations, clearly explains at the end there. Hopefully we'll get to see a part 2 to this one day. Ha ha!
