You mean in placement? Since I have a bit of a hard time with shading and highlight placement myself, I can't critique you on that...
However, if you mean by how the highlights look, then try feather shading them! As long as you can direct me to all the areas that need to be shaded and highlighted, I'll be happy to help you with that.

Placement and style, I really don't have a good art program. I'm eventually going to by photoshop, but for now I'm still doing a great job with GIMP. It wasn't too long ago I did all my coloring on MSPaint alone. Now that was a pain in the ass, but I still had fun and enjoyed coloring.
