It's a good thing that 343 Guilty Spark is completely robotic, and therefor imune to G.L.a.D.O.S.' neuro-toxin. XDI just couldn't resist the idea of these two going at it in a chess match. Looks like 343 has a bit of a thing for chess.

I always thought Halo actually takes place milennia after Portal to the point when Wheatley was sent to space the forerunners found him and modified him...
Thus, Spark was born. Complete with the ability to make one feel an odd lovehate for him.

I hate how now a days you get this sad, uneducated, kid to play Halo with you and all they ever say is "OMG THAT'S WHEATLEY!!1! Well I'll be, if it isn't spark from "Core Academy", I see he aquired the title 343, a monstorous feat for a core, cores of that calibur get to move around without a mangement rail, luck little things, having the ability of being plugged into the facility, yet disconnected physically from it...

it took 3 shots from the spartan laser (a weapon that can one shot heavy assault vehicles like the wraith and scorpion tank) to bring him down. I highly doubt gladdy has anything that powerful in her arsenal
