Description
This is an idea I came up with whilst playing Team Fortress 2, believe it or not. I saw this one hat in-game (don't have it, but still) which is a witch's hat with a tear in the top that looks like a glowing, smiling face. The idea behind this; she's a ghost/witch who is really an enchanted hat that possesses a broken-down dressmaker's mannequin. Every October, the whole ensemble (literally) comes to life as this mischievous witch ghost girl.
