Colored version of my previous submission for a potential Mewthree design.

Compared to Mewtwo, who looks very characteristic and unique, Mewthree looks very plain, with a more uniform but also more jarring look. His body frame is less complex and dull in terms of colors and wherever Mewtwo's gaze was cold but very intense, Mewthree's appear empty and unfocused.

In a way, this is fitting as Mewthree is a mass-produced Mew whle Mewtwo was a hand-crafted super prototype. Oh and Mewtwo was also a Legendary Pokémon wherever Mewthree are standart mortals... if still extremely powerful.

The super Pokémon known as Mewtwo was very powerful but he was also incredibly complex to create and impractical. This new design, presented here, aim to create a more streamlined version that is both powerful and practical as a standart military unit for Team Rocket's purposes.

Mewtwo was modified for maximum offensive and defensive abilities, with natural armor-like skeleton, multi-chambered organs capable of functionning even with serious damage, and other such features that give him incredibly endurance even compared to the original Mew design. However, those features make him a highly complex life-form that is difficult to clone and resequence. Furthermore, his incredibly large brain, although allowing for incredible psychic powers, require a secondary vein in the back of the head, offering a vulnerability.

This new model has the natural armor removed. Instead, an armor componement is to be surgically fused to the body of each subject shortly after awakening. A flaw of Mewtwo was that his incredible power came at the cost of increased intelligence, making him prone to rebellion. The armor componment compatible with Mewthree house a complex system that infuse drugs that suppress the high brain functions of the clone and repurpose the entire brain to act only as a weapon. Life-support systems are then taken care of by the chest componement instead. This also allow for easy termination in case of rebellion ; the chest componment can be shut down remotely and if it is damaged or destroyed, the clone will lose life-support.

The clone also lack the blood flow weakness of Mewtwo ; the back veins are actually external tubes inserted in biological slots in the back of the head and in the back. If they are cut, the blood flow is stopped and the clone enter comatose state, allowing it to be salvaged. Exhaust ports on the armor's back allow for better oxygenation of the body and reduce the need for increased organ size and performance, making Mewthree a less complex life-form overall.

The DNA of recently rediscovered Legendary Dragons obtained from cooperation with Team Plasma also allow for some extra upgrades compared to Mewtwo. In particular, scales are added for further protection to the abdomen and tail. The tail is turned useful via the addition of spikes, allowing it to be used in melee combat. The feet are also more stable, with better balance and claws for a better grip upon the ground.

The hands of this new model are also further increased in size and strength. Although Mewtwo's hands allow him to wield tools, they were incorrectly shaped for melee range combat maneuvers. The lengthening of the fingers and the hands being given glove-like armoring should help for hand-based combat and guarding respectively, helping reduce the clones' helplessness against Dark-Type opponents.

Like with Mewtwo, subjects will be given a male gender to prevent explosive breeding problems inherent to the Mew DNA. Although the subject is not useful for breeding and may offer more impredictable results than Mewtwo, it is more cost-effective to produce via cloning than him. If cloning cease to be effective or if a sufficient population can be built as Trained Pokémon, a Mewfour model that allow for stable breeding products can be considered.

For now, that is the specifications for project Mewthree.
