If you use something other then the vanilla body or make patch for example CBBE. You'll distortion in the skin for example around the chest area for females using CBBE you'll notice the skin is stretched in the under boob area since skin is meant for a larger chest but the armor is using a smaller one and you'll see the distortion vice versa if the body armor is modded for a large chest and its equipped on a small body.

HOWEVER .. since you armor covers everything there will be absolutely no problem since the the skin texture isn't being used. The users of the mod will just have to deal with that fact that they're large/small boobed girl changes to however you've modded the armor. No bid deal considering the high quality armors you create. ^ ^
