It's not available by default in the game. It's an armor i created for a skyrim mod on PC.

yeah a shame about the cape,i was thinking about ditching it if it looks too awkward.But i think i saw a new skeleton mod with cape bones not sure if there are animations ready for it or if they need to be made though.
