That is one sweet powered suit. It could be like a heavily streamlined Iron Man suit, a powered armor you could wear under your clothes and nobody would suspect anything until somebody tried to mess with you. Heh, maybe with a few modifications, I could see someone like Batman in a suit like that --- or it could be standard combat wear for S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives. Either way, it looks positively badass.
