I usually make my dragons slightly bigger (in length, muscles and wingspan) than the original ones with respect to how much the mesh skeleton allows me to. I've also tried to drastically modify their size(2 times the original size for exemple) using the creation kit but that causes a lot of bugs.

Well, Jormungandr is described as a sea serpent so i thought giving it a more snake like appearance matched with fins would be appropriate.
