phew! numba 2 of my request list! this was an art trade with :Shockbox: she had requested a piece of Grappler and Zapper having a very rare non violent moment. is this a Zapper/Grappler piece? not necessarily, i'm not into that pairing. but hey, if you want it to be so than go for it!
this was inspired by one of :Shockbox:'s fics actually. [link]
it's really good (as is all of her writings) and i highly suggest y'all check it out! but yeah, i could imagine these two slipping each other a little smirk once every blue moon, so i attempted to give them a wittle smirk. :3 Zapper took forever, there's something about all of that red, it REALLY messes me up! but enjoy!

I absolutely love how you draw the Dark Axis characters. XP Zapper and Grappler look like they do on the show here and I love the kind of 'comrades getting along for once' piece. I like how the colors are soft here and the shading looks very nice. The orange in the back really gives off a warm vibe and nicely emphasizes the moment. Very nicely done! ^_^

I. LOVE. THIS. Your penciling skills are GODLY.
Pieces like this PROVE that you don't need to use Photoshop to make something awesome. The colors are lovely, methinks. So are the expressions. It's good to see them not arguing for once. See? The Dark Axis isn't ENTIRELY violent.
Psst... I don't know about you, but I think they know something we don't. They're planning something evil, I'M SURE OF IT! D: (hides under a sofa and gets stuck)
...And then they start fighting again ten seconds later. 
I can't tell you enough how much I love this. Reminds me that I have to finish your fanfic... I havn't been able to work on it during this past week because of school finals and whatnot, although its halfway finished now. After Friday, I should be back on my normal writing schedule.
