Description
hey guys ive finally finish my new artwork that ive been working for the last 3 days. heheh its for thecontest about mythical creatures. well i made up one
+swamp creature+
inviltra
the story behind this creature its pretty twisted, she always gives birth to human beings that are
born in the swamp, she cannot avoid giving birth to human beigns even if she herself is a dark creature
the process of giving birth takes about 24 hours.and as u can see in her head. she has some kind of living machine where
u can see the fetuses and the mouths and eyes she uses to create the human beings
but the villagers around the swamp know about this dark creature and every time a new being is born
they just kill them and throw their bones to the swamp again. they think they bring bad luck
thats why she is holding one of her sons skull.
i wanted to make this drawing related to life but.. there are happy moments (when she gives birth) and there are really awful moments (when her sons die)
and thats our life. we just have to get over it. even if it keeps hurting us.

Wow, brilliant concept!
When I first saw the thumb I thought I might be competing against another ballpoint artist, but it seems you have figured out to get high contrast with just graphites, which is awesome.
I love her wistfull expression, and the fact her hair and neck looks like it is made from all the things you find in a swamp, like she is a part of the swamp itself.
Good luck!

heheheh i used 2b,4b,6b. just push the pencil with a lot of strength on the paper and u can make it look like that, specially if ur using 6b
