I was trying to get this big buttons in the default aero theme, but i don't have that magic soft, so... do you follow any guide to get them? or just lots of work by yourself?

i simply use vista
i unlock the taskbar, and right click on the quicklaunch area and select "View>Large Icons"

Just found out you actually can make the quick launch icons large! And it looks a bit like the superbar, except it's too thick and the start orb is at the top instead of in the middle.....
